The European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (EuroCham) on Friday released the 2025 Whitebook, presenting a series of proposals regarding visas, entry procedures, and value-added tax (VAT) refunds, aiming to help make Vietnam a more attractive business environment for investors and tourists.
