Vietnam invites foreign investors to co-develop and master technology

Vietnam is shifting its foreign investment strategy from prioritizing capital size to focusing on quality, efficiency and added value, while encouraging international investors to jointly research, create and develop technology with the country, according to Vietnamese Deputy Finance Minister Le Tan Can.
