Bac Ninh Province in northern Vietnam is seeking to strengthen cooperation with Japanese businesses by prioritizing projects in artificial intelligence (AI), semiconductors, high-tech manufacturing, and research and development, as part of its strategy to become a regional high-tech production hub.
