State President of Vietnam Luong Cuong and his spouse hosted a welcome ceremony in Hanoi on Tuesday for King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck and Queen Jetsun Pema Wangchuck of Bhutan, who are on a state visit to Vietnam from Monday to Friday.
