The Vietnam Legends Tour 2025 is expected to be a major milestone to promote the country's image on the global stage.
The golfers expressed their excitement about visiting Ho Chi Minh City for the first time.
Van Phillips, winner of the 1999 Algarve Portuguese Open, shared, “This is my first time in Ho Chi Minh City. I feel great and incredibly excited to be here in Vietnam.”

The legendary players have high hopes for this trip. Van Phillips expressed his anticipation of meeting new people and said he was pleased to see a tournament being held here this year and in years to come.
“I’m really looking forward to seeing the courses. I’ve never played golf here before, and I’ve played in most countries around the world. This is a new experience for me.”

After landing at Tan Son Nhat International Airport at around 4:30 pm, the golfers headed to their hotel to rest, before visiting The Golf House Vietnam.
At The Golf House, the legends received a warm welcome and had the opportunity to explore a comprehensive golf ecosystem, from high-tech training zones to wellness and relaxation services.
Themed 'Where Legends Meet,' the Vietnam Legends Tour 2025 gathers over 60 legendary golfers and thousands of golf enthusiasts and business leaders from Vietnam and abroad.

The event is hosted by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture and Sports, in collaboration with The Golf House JSC.
This is not only a sporting event but also an opportunity to promote tourism, facilitate trade, and elevate Vietnam’s position on the global golf map.
Vietnam Legends Tour 2025 schedule:
August 29 – September 27: Welcome of 144 athletes, sightseeing tours around Ho Chi Minh City, course familiarization, and community engagement programs at local universities.
September 16: Official signing ceremony between the organizer, sponsors, and media partners at the headquarters of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture and Sports.
September 18–20: Race to Legends 1 & 2 at Dalat Golf Club and KN Golf Links.
October 23–25: Race to Legends 3 & 4 at Long Thanh Golf Club and Royal Long An Golf Club.
November 13–15: Vietnam – Dubai Economic Forum and an exhibition in Dubai to promote Vietnam–UAE trade relations.
November 25–30: Vietnam Legends Championship 2025 at Tan Son Nhat Golf Course in Ho Chi Minh City.
