Lev Tolstoy International Peace Prize honors Vietnamese top leader To Lam for promoting peace, humanity

The jury of the Lev Tolstoy International Peace Prize has decided to present its 2026 award to Vietnamese Party General Secretary and State President To Lam in recognition of his contributions to peace, cooperation and mutual understanding as well as Vietnam’s achievements in development and international integration and its commitment to dialogue.
