Man dies while playing pickleball in Ho Chi Minh City

The victim, identified as H.H., was participating in a doubles match at a pickleball court on Thong Nhat Street at around 4:00 pm the same day.

At the time, several nearby courts were also occupied by players.

Witnesses said H.H. suddenly fell backward after a rally and lay motionless on the ground.

Other players rushed to assist and immediately called nearby medical services.

Emergency responders arrived quickly and performed CPR, but the man did not survive.

The entire incident was captured on the court’s surveillance cameras.

Local police and relevant authorities arrived at the scene to conduct an investigation and are working to determine the exact cause of his death.
