Vietnam advances strategy for materials industry growth

Vietnam's Party General Secretary and State President To Lam on Thursday afternoon chaired a working session with the Central Policy and Strategy Commission, and relevant ministries and agencies to discuss strategic directions for the development of the materials industry.
