Misplaced concrete poles risk fishing boat accidents in southern Vietnam waterways

Fishermen in Ca Mau, Vietnam's southernmost province, are worried that dozens of concrete poles installed in the wrong positions along a busy waterway near a river mouth could cause boat accidents, endangering hundreds of fishing boats and other vessels that pass through the area every day.
