Vietnam’s Khanh Hoa tightens crackdown on motorbike rentals to foreigners

Authorities in Khanh Hoa Province, south-central Vietnam, are stepping up efforts to curb traffic violations by foreigners and tightening inspections of motorbike rental businesses that rent vehicles to foreigners who do not meet the legal requirements to ride them, a leader of the provincial traffic police said.
