The adjustment applies to the section stretching from the International Square-Turtle Lake area to Cach Mang Thang Tam Street in Xuan Hoa Ward, the municipal Department of Construction said.

Cars, meanwhile, are permitted to travel one way on this section.

Authorities also announced new parking restrictions.

Vehicles are prohibited from stopping or parking from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; outside these hours, stopping is allowed, but parking remains prohibited.

The decision was made following recommendations from the city’s traffic police division.

Officials emphasized that drivers must comply with traffic signals and road signs to ensure safety and smooth traffic flow.

Previously, Vo Van Tan Street operated as a one-way route from the International Square-Turtle Lake area to Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, while the section from Cach Mang Thang Tam Street to Cao Thang Street allowed two-way traffic.
