Lawyers highlight rules on renting motorcycles to foreigners after Vietnamese hotel receptionist charged

Following a recent criminal charge against a hotel receptionist in Khanh Hoa Province, south-central Vietnam for illegally renting a motorcycle to a Russian man who later fatally struck a pedestrian in Nha Trang while intoxicated, lawyers pointed to the legal responsibilities facing businesses and individuals who rent out motorcycles and cars.
