Vietnam’s Dak Lak authorities to assess repairs after lighting system failure at popular tower

Officials in south-central Vietnam have been ordered to assess damage and develop a repair plan for the decorative lighting system at the Nghinh Phong Tower, a popular tourist attraction that has been partially inoperable for more than seven months.
