After rounds that included contestants appearing in 'ao ba ba' — a traditional garment commonly worn in southern Vietnam — as well as swimwear and beachwear, evening gowns and suits, and a question-and-answer segment, judges selected Thao and Viet as the competition's top winners.
The Miss and Mister hail from Tuyen Quang Province, located in the northern region, and Khanh Hoa Province, situated in the south-central part, respectively.
The judging panel for the final night was chaired by artist Le Khanh and included artist Vuong Duy Bien, journalist Ngo Ba Luc, model Xuan Lan, Manhunt International 2018 first runner-up Mai Tuan Anh, Mister Supranational 2025 Swann Lavigne, Miss Earth Water 2025 Trinh My Anh, Miss Globe 2025 Chayathanus Saradatta, and Mister Tourism World 2025 Hung Nguyen.

The first through fourth runner-up titles in the women's category went to Tran Thi My Phung, Dinh Ngoc Sa, Lam Thoai Linh, and Nguyen Lam Phuong, respectively.
The corresponding titles in the men's category were given to Lam Thoai Anh, Bui Quoc Huy, Nguyen Minh Tuan, and Nguyen Van Duc Tai, respectively.
Standing 1.80 meters tall, Thao had been considered one of the strongest contenders from the outset of the competition.
Beyond her appearance, she drew attention for her elegant and confident demeanor.
A student at the National Economics University, she also works as a fashion model for several brands.
Her victory brought her a cash prize of VND300 million (US$11,400) and a prestigious pearl crown, while also securing her the right to represent Vietnam at Miss Tourism International, according to news site Vietnamnet.

Meanwhile, Viet, who stands 1.82 meters tall and is of Vietnamese and Korean descent, is a student at Nha Trang University and works as a model.
Beyond his appearance, he impressed the judges and audience with his understanding of tourism and culture.
His victory earned him a cash prize of VND200 million ($7,600), a scepter, and a spot as Vietnam's representative at Mister Tourism World, Vietnamnet reported.
He also received several additional awards.
In addition to the main titles, organizers presented a range of special awards, including Best Swimsuit, Best Talent, Best Humanitarian, Best Face, Best in Fashion, and Best Community Project, to contestants in both categories who stood out throughout the competition.
