Vietnamese district settles decade-old meal debt after restaurant owner goes public with online post

Tuong Duong District in Nghe An Province, north-central Vietnam, has paid a VND44 million (US$1,705) debt for meals provided to local officials nearly 10 years ago, after the restaurant owner publicly demanded payment on social media.
