Ho Chi Minh City targets vocational training, job support for 7,000 people with disabilities by 2030

Ho Chi Minh City is stepping up efforts to improve the lives of people with disabilities, with targets including early screening for children aged under six, wider access to education and healthcare, and vocational training and job support for 7,000 people by 2030.
