Prominent Vietnamese tech entrepreneur Nguyen Hoa Binh, better known as ‘Shark Binh,’ faces 10-15 years in prison after being indicted for laundering nearly VND320 billion (US$12.5 million) linked to a large-scale investment fraud scheme.
