The project features a 2,000-seat auditorium and a 300-seat multi-functional training facility.
It also includes theaters, stages, rehearsal rooms, circus animal training and housing zones, as well as restaurants and other amenities.
According to Chu Viet Han from Construction Corporation No.1 (CC1), the project is currently 98–99-percent complete.
CC1 is the main contractor responsible for key components including the building structure; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems; lighting and sound equipment; stage construction; and performance technology.
The remaining work involves the installation of sound and lighting equipment, system testing and calibration, and facility cleaning, Han added.
One of the most challenging parts of the construction process is the composite flooring system that spans 53 meters across the sixth to eighth floors.

This element required extremely high precision and meticulous coordination during the fabrication and installation of its steel beams, reinforcement placement, and concrete floor casting.
“Even a slight deviation could impact the structural integrity of the entire building," Han said.
"The biggest challenge was maintaining the deflection and stability of the structural system throughout its construction.

“Every formwork panel and each segment of rebar had to undergo multiple rigorous inspections, with close coordination among the mechanical, concrete, and safety teams."
