Vietnamese premier urges PowerChina to strengthen cooperation with local firms in technology, energy

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has called on Power Construction Corporation of China (PowerChina), a major Chinese state-owned enterprise, to deepen collaboration with leading Vietnamese firms such as Viettel, Petrovietnam, and Song Da Corporation JSC in areas of technology transfer and energy development.
