Vietnamese, Chinese PMs hold first phone talks, pledge stronger bilateral cooperation

Vietnamese Prime Minister Le Minh Hung and Chinese Premier Li Qiang held their first phone talks on Monday, agreeing to strengthen bilateral cooperation with a focus on railway connectivity, infrastructure development, trade, science and technology, and people-to-people exchanges.
