On Saturday afternoon, the volunteers gathered at Hang Day Stadium in Hanoi to receive their assignments and demonstrate their readiness.
The Hanoi Youth Union has organized the volunteers into task groups responsible for guiding delegates and distributing essential supplies at the Ba Dinh Square grandstand area, as well as providing supplies to the public along the parade routes.

The volunteers will also manage storage facilities, distribute and transport materials to designated locations, support public order and environmental sanitation, and assist in welcoming delegations from across the country and international guests attending the celebration.
According to the Hanoi Youth Union, the volunteers were carefully selected based on their political awareness, ethics, and academic performance.
Some teams include members with strong foreign language skills and good health to meet the demands of their duties.

Nguyen Tien Hung, secretary of the Hanoi Youth Union, described this as a special deployment.
The 8,800 volunteers represent nearly three million young people and more than 600,000 members of the Hanoi Youth Union across the capital.
The work will be carried out across a wide area, from Ba Dinh Square to more than 10 kilometers of streets along the parade route.
This massive workload requires strong health, a scientific working method, and above all, a pioneering spirit and desire to contribute.
