The 2026 Autumn Economic Forum - The Convergence of New Global Growth Poles, themed “Collaboration in a New Era,” will run through October 29.
The forum is chaired by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee and organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution under the direction of the prime minister.
The venue features dedicated areas for different activities, including automated kiosks for delegate check-in and a separate media center for domestic and international news organizations.

Exhibition booths showcasing digital technologies, green technologies and sustainable development solutions are arranged throughout the venue.
Some booths also introduce Vietnamese products, including coffee and tea, and offer delegates opportunities to sample them.
A highlight of the opening day is the CEO500 program, which focuses on bringing together foreign direct investment, technology and global finance.
The program aims to connect business leaders, expand cooperation opportunities and identify new drivers of economic growth.

The Vietnam–India Future Technology Forum will also take place as part of the event.
This year’s forum is expected to attract more than 1,500 delegates, including senior officials, representatives of international organizations, experts and business leaders from Vietnam and abroad.
The event holds particular significance this year, as its two main days, October 27 and 28, will be co-branded with the World Economic Forum for the first time.
Discussions will focus on the role of megacities in global growth networks, breakthrough technologies, innovation ecosystems, new cooperation models and the role of the private sector, according to the organizers.
