-- Property prices in Binh Duong Province surged 700 percent in the first quarter of 2025 compared to the same period in 2015, marking the steepest increase among the provinces near Ho Chi Minh City, ahead of Dong Nai Province at 500 percent, Long An Province at 433 percent, and Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province at 140 percent, according to data from Batdongsan, a unit of Singapore-based online real estate platform PropertyGuru.
