-- People in Ho Chi Minh City consume an average of 8.5 grams of salt per day, well above the World Health Organization’s recommended limit of less than five grams, the city’s Center for Disease Control said. Men consume more salt than women, averaging 9.4 grams per day compared to 7.6 grams.
