-- Prolonged extreme heat in northern Vietnam has driven a rise in emergency hospital admissions, including cases of heatstroke, sunstroke, and mental disorders, with Hanoi’s Bach Mai Hospital reporting a 20-30 percent increase in heat-related emergency cases to about 300 patients a day, a doctor said on Tuesday.

-- Vietnam Lottery Company (Vietlott) said on Tuesday it had identified a winner of the Power 6/55 Jackpot 1 prize worth more than VND83.3 billion (US$3.16 million).

-- Vietnamese airlines are expanding international routes from Europe to Northeast Asia as travel and trade demand rebound, with VietJet Air on Tuesday launching ticket sales for a Hanoi-Prague service via Kazakhstan and other carriers adding flights to Hong Kong, Seoul, and Moscow.
