– Panamanian President José Raúl Mulino and his spouse arrived in Hanoi on Monday, beginning their four-day visit to Vietnam.

– The 10th Lao National Assembly elected Sonexay Siphandone as its chairman and Saleumxay Kommasith as prime minister.
