The annual event will feature international food and beverages, shopping, children's entertainment, games and prize draws, according to the organizer.
The bazaar also brings together culture and entertainment from different countries while raising funds for charities supporting vulnerable communities across southern Vietnam.
Margo Aluwihare, president of the Consular Club, said the bazaar was one of the organization's most important annual events because it brought the international community together to support charitable causes.
She said visitors could attend to try different foods, shop for products, enjoy family entertainment or spend time with friends, with proceeds from ticket sales and purchases helping support vulnerable communities across southern Vietnam.
The club hoped to attract more visitors this year and make the 30th edition its biggest and most successful yet, said Aluwihare.
The Consular Club is inviting businesses, organizations and entrepreneurs to register as stallholders for this year's bazaar.
More than 2,000 visitors attended last year's event, giving stallholders an opportunity to showcase their products and services to a large local and international audience in a family-friendly setting.
Stalls are available for businesses offering international food and beverages, fashion, jewelry, crafts, homeware, gifts, specialty products and other goods and services.
The stall fee is VND4 million (US$152), which will go directly to the Consular Club to support its charitable activities, while stallholders can retain profits from their sales.
Interested businesses and organizations can apply by emailing consularclub@gmail.com before October 25.
Admission to the bazaar costs VND100,000 ($3.81), while children under six can enter free of charge.

Established in 1994, the Consular Club of Ho Chi Minh City is a non-political, non-profit organization comprising international and Vietnamese representatives affiliated with consular missions in the city.
Since the first bazaar in 1994, the Consular Club has raised and distributed more than VND32 billion (US$1.22 million) to over 170 charitable causes across southern Vietnam, supporting organizations working to improve the lives of people and communities in need.
Last year's bazaar attracted more than 2,000 visitors and featured 104 stalls offering international food, products, crafts, fashion and other goods.
