The listing gives DMX a market capitalization of VND101.42 trillion ($3.9 billion) upon its market debut.

The listing follows a successful IPO in which the company raised VND13.32 trillion (nearly $500 million) through the sale of 166.44 million shares.

Around 60 investment funds absorbed nearly 90% of the offered shares, with foreign investors taking 73% of the allocation and domestic funds securing 17%.

Dien May Xanh announced a cash dividend of VND4,000 ($0.15) per share from retained earnings through late 2025. Shareholders of record as of August 19, 2026, will receive payment on August 26, 2026.

The company plans to pay an additional interim dividend of VND2,000 ($0.075) per share in December 2026, followed by another VND2,000 ($0.075) per share after its annual general meeting in April 2027. These distributions will fulfill its commitment to payout at least 50% of its 2026 net profit in cash dividends.

DMX also intends to seek shareholder approval for a 1-for-1 bonus share issue, funded by retained earnings and the IPO share premium.

In total, shareholders are set to receive VND8,000 ($0.30) per share in cash dividends within 12 months of listing—representing a 10% dividend yield relative to the VND80,000 ($3.05) IPO price—alongside the proposed 1-for-1 bonus issue.

Originally focused on consumer electronics and technology retail, DMX has expanded over the past two decades into a broader retail network that includes The Gioi Di Dong, Dien May Xanh, TopZone, Dien May Xanh Services, and Indonesia-based EraBlue. The company now operates over 3,000 stores alongside an omnichannel platform serving tens of millions of customers annually.

Speaking at the listing ceremony, Dien May Xanh CEO Doan Van Hieu Em noted that while the stock market debut marks a major milestone, it also raises the bar for corporate governance and transparency.

He emphasized that the company will remain focused on driving growth through sound governance, continuous innovation, and a customer-centric business strategy.
