Authorities in Cao Lanh, together with police and military units, worked through Saturday evening to remove fallen trees and restore normal traffic after a heavy rainstorm swept through the area.
According to Bui Quoc Nam, chairman of Cao Lanh, the rain began at around 3:15 pm and was accompanied by strong winds that uprooted multiple trees in the ward’s central area.
Local authorities mobilized all available personnel and equipment to clear debris and ensure public safety.
