Vinh Long Province organized four trade fairs and participated in 17 interprovincial product showcase events.
The province also prepared 30 local specialty products for promotion in South Korea.
In Ca Mau Province, trade fairs and exhibitions organized by traders brought together around 4,300 businesses and more than 4,000 booths.
The events attracted 645,000 visits and generated more than VND72 billion (US$2.74 million) in revenue.
Ho Chi Minh City led interprovincial supply-demand connection programs.
The city also stepped up operations of its pork trading platform.
Dong Thap Province connected two tra fish (pangasius) farming areas that met required standards with the Saigon Union of Trading Cooperatives (Saigon Co.op) for distribution.

Le Hoang Oanh, director of the Vietnam E-commerce and Digital Economy Agency, discussed regional e-commerce cooperation plans for 2026-30 at the 12th Conference of Industry and Trade Sectors of Southern Provinces and Cities in 2026.
She said the agency was ready to help the southern provinces and cities develop an e-commerce ecosystem, which covers e-commerce platforms, logistics infrastructure, and digital payment solutions.
The agency has worked closely with Amazon, Shopee, and TikTok to expand online exports.
Oanh called on provincial and municipal departments of industry and trade to review local businesses and compile lists of businesses and products that meet the required standards.
The agency would use the lists to help eligible businesses list their products on international e-commerce platforms.
The agency has issued export guides for India, China, Japan, and South Korea.
It plans to release in-depth guides to the U.S. and Chinese markets in the fourth quarter.

Under Project 06, the agency has begun connecting data from e-commerce platforms to extract sales and order figures by locality.
Two localities are ready to participate in the data connection, while 10 others have registered.
In October 2026, the agency plans to strengthen data integration with tax and customs authorities.
The integration is intended to improve the tracking of goods flows and revenue from online exports.
An agency representative said e-commerce platforms would have to verify sellers' identities and complete the connection of identification data by January 1, 2027 at the latest.
The measure is intended to help combat counterfeit goods and commercial fraud.
