The project, funded by the ward's People's Committee at a cost of VND1 billion (US$37,936), was built on previously unused land at the junction of Le Van Viet Street and the Hanoi Highway frontage road.
Local authorities said the park is intended to improve the urban landscape and provide space for recreation, exercise and community activities.
