Under the guidelines released on Friday, preschools will open at 6:30 am.
Children must be dropped off between 7:00 am and 8:00 am, with pickup allowed to start at 4:00 pm.
Preschools are required to have enough teachers and staff on site to ensure the safety of all children throughout the day.
For elementary, middle, and high schools, the morning class must begin between 7:00 am and 8:00 am and may not finish before 10:30 am.
Afternoon sessions are scheduled to start between 1:00 pm and 1:30 pm, ending no earlier than 4:00 pm and no later than 5:00 pm.
The department also instructed schools to open their gates at 6:30 am to prevent students from gathering outside due to early arrival or delayed entry.
Schools were reminded to avoid early dismissals that leave students waiting unattended.
