The wedding, scheduled for December 9-13, 2026, is expected to bring about 1,400 guests from around the world, making it one of the largest luxury destination weddings ever held in the central coastal city.
Organizers estimate the event will cost around VND130 billion (US$5 million).
Thai Thi Le Hang, director of Khanh Hoa Province's Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said the province's tourism sector would work closely with relevant agencies, organizations and businesses to ensure the successful staging of the event.
"We will hold meetings with relevant parties to review preparations and develop plans to meet the requirements of our Indian partners, ensuring the wedding is organized smoothly and successfully," Hang said.
Blue Lemon Vietnam Co., Ltd. is coordinating with international partners to organize the large-scale wedding.
Guests are expected to arrive on chartered direct flights from India to Cam Ranh International Airport, which serves Nha Trang and surrounding areas.
A special welcome ceremony for the families of the bride and groom will also be held at the airport.
During their four-day stay in Nha Trang, guests will take part in a series of events tailored to the culture and style of a high-end Indian wedding, including traditional ceremonies, wedding receptions, entertainment programs, culinary experiences, music performances and various resort activities.
Indian chefs will travel to Nha Trang to oversee catering for the event.
