LIVE STREAM: State-level rehearsal for Reunification Day parade in Ho Chi Minh City
A state-level rehearsal for the military parade and procession marking the 50th anniversary of Vietnam’s Reunification Day is scheduled to take place in central Ho Chi Minh City on Friday evening.
From 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm, parade units begin the rehearsal in front of the Reunification Palace and march along Le Duan Boulevard in District 1.
Thousands of people gathered in the city center from the early afternoon to watch the event in person.
A final state-level rehearsal is scheduled for Sunday from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm.
The official ceremony takes place from 6:00 am to 10:00 am on April 30, the 50th anniversary of Vietnam’s Reunification Day.
