New Year 2026 fireworks locations in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City

Hanoi will organize New Year’s fireworks shows at five locations, with a total of six firing positions, in the wards of Hoan Kiem, Hai Ba Trung, Tu Liem, Tay Ho, and Ha Dong.

The displays will last 15 minutes each, from 11:45 pm on December 31 to midnight.

Specifically, Hoan Kiem Ward will host two firing positions, one in front of the headquarters of Hanoi Moi newspaper and another in front of the Hanoi Central Post Office.

Hai Ba Trung Ward will have one firing position at Dao Dua in Thong Nhat Park.

In Tu Liem Ward, fireworks will be launched from the F1 racetrack complex.

Tay Ho Ward will host a display at Lac Long Quan Flower Garden, while Ha Dong Ward’s show will take place at Van Quan Lake.

In Ho Chi Minh City, New Year’s Eve fireworks displays will also take place for 15 minutes from midnight to 12:15 am on January 1.

The city will organize fireworks at four locations, including three high-altitude sites and one low-altitude site.

The three high-altitude fireworks sites are the entrance area of the Saigon River Tunnel in An Khanh Ward, the central area of the New City in Binh Duong Ward, and Tam Thang Square in Vung Tau Ward.

The low-altitude fireworks display will be held at Dam Sen Cultural Park in Binh Thoi Ward.
