The artistic photos capture female subjects across Vietnam going on with their everyday tasks

Winners of an annual photography contest aimed at highlighting the daily life of women in Vietnam are being exhibited at the Southern Women's Museum in Ho Chi Minh City.

The contest, held every year since 2013, welcomed submissions from both professional and amateur photographers.

As its theme suggested, the competition searched for artistic photos that capture female subjects across Vietnam going on with their everyday tasks.

From 379 single photos and 22 photo collections submitted to the competition in three months between May 1 and July 20, judges were able to select 15 winners and other outstanding works to put on display at the Southern Women's Museum.

These excellent photos are currently shown at the museum’s premise at 202 Vo Thi Sau Street in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City until November 23.

After the Ho Chi Minh City exhibition, the photos will go on to be displayed in other provinces and cities across Vietnam.
