The incident, which took place in a crowded residential area, caused alarm among local residents.
Although no injuries were reported, police classified the use of firearms in a public neighborhood as a serious criminal act that disrupted public order.
Under the direction of the provincial police leadership, Xuan Huong-Da Lat Ward police and specialized units quickly investigated, tracked down, and arrested those involved.
Several suspects have been detained while others remain at large.
Authorities urged all individuals connected to the case to turn themselves in for investigation.
