Rainfall is forecast to range from two to 20 millimeters.
Downpours may be paired with hazardous conditions such as thunderstorms, whirlwinds, lightning strikes, hail, and strong winds.
Torrential rain could also trigger flooding in low-lying areas.
Southern Vietnam is currently entering its transitional period between the dry and rainy seasons, as the southwest monsoon begins to reestablish itself.
Despite this shift, rain remains scattered, while hot and sunny conditions continue to dominate much of the daily weather in the southern region.
