South Korean, Thai celebrities flock to Vietnam for holiday trips, share visits online

Among them, Thai actress Bua Nalinthip posted photos from Ho Chi Minh City on her Instagram account with the caption in Vietnamese: "Xin chao Viet Nam, minh den roi" (Hello Vietnam, I'm here). 

During her stay, she and friends were seen wearing conical hats, sampling local dishes including 'bun bo' (beef noodle) and grilled pork, and visiting landmarks such as Tan Dinh Church and the city's book street.

Bua Nalinthip continued posting updates on Wednesday and Thursday, sharing moments from her trip and checking in at locations decorated with Vietnamese national flags.

Other international artists also chose Vietnam for holidays during the same period. 

Thai actress Yaya Urassaya visited Ho Chi Minh City with her mother, marking her first trip after her wedding to actor Nadech Kugimiya. 

She shared images from Nguyen Hue walking street and meals featuring dishes such as 'banh uot' (Vietnamese thin pancake) served with pork, grilled chicken platters, spring rolls and sugarcane juice.

South Korean singer and actress Seolhyun posted photos from Phu Quoc on April 26, showing her posing on the beach in a black swimsuit. 

In her posts, she highlighted her natural appearance and shared images of outdoor activities including swimming, diving and exercise during her stay on the island.

South Korean singer Jessica Jung traveled to Phu Quoc after a performance in Ho Chi Minh City, vacationing with friends including Thanaerng Kanyawee Songmuang, Irene Kim and Cici Wang. 

Her posts showed her celebrating her birthday at a seaside resort.

Earlier in April, South Korean actress Kwon Nara shared images from a trip to Vietnam with the caption "No reason just happy." 

The photos showed her visiting streets and markets in Hoi An.

Images of the visits circulated widely online, drawing engagement from fans and highlighting Vietnam's appeal as a travel destination among regional celebrities.
