Revelers descended on the city’s most popular party street to celebrate the spookiest night of the year

Thousands of people rushed to Bui Vien Street in Ho Chi Minh City’s ‘backpacker area’ on Wednesday night to trick-or-treat themselves to the neighborhood's bustling, spooky vibes.

Bui Vien Street, dubbed ‘Westerner Street’ by locals, has spent years as the city’s number-one Halloween hot spot.

By 7:00 pm Wednesday night, every road leading to Bui Vien had been nearly impassible as thousands of people and vehicles descended on the street to celebrate Halloween.
