Vietnamese billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong ranks 57th among world’s richest people
Pham Nhat Vuong, chairman of Vietnamese conglomerate Vingroup, has a net worth of US$37.7 billion, ranking 57th on the list of the world’s richest people, according to Forbes’ real-time billionaire rankings updated on Thursday.
Vuong remains Vietnam’s wealthiest individual.
The Vingroup chairman has rapidly climbed the global rankings in recent months.
At the end of August, when his net worth stood at around $36.5 billion, he ranked 60th worldwide.
Earlier, in Forbes’ annual billionaire rankings released in March 2026, Vuong had a net worth of $27.7 billion and ranked 93rd globally.
Vuong is now approaching the world’s top 50 richest people in the world. His ranking may continue to fluctuate with changes in asset prices and Forbes’ real-time wealth calculations.
