Vietnamese TikToker apologizes to Malaysian tourist over noise disturbance in Sa Pa

The TikToker, identified as H.C.B., who owns a verified Facebook account, posted his apology on his Facebook page on July 24, according to Lao Dong (Labor) newspaper.

“I did not want to annoy anyone. I got carried away with fun, lacked responsibility, and disturbed others. I know I was wrong, and I will change,” B. wrote.

“I am really sorry to everyone and especially apologize to the family of the guest affected.”

B. also extended a direct apology in English via Facebook to the foreign woman after she shared her unpleasant experience—along with B.’s images—on her account, ‘Danascia Darlene J BadinAviles,' on the same social media platform.

“I sincerely apologize to you for being noisy that night. We were live streaming and having so much fun that we did not notice the door was open. I’m sorry and hope you will forgive me,” B. wrote.

According to the Malaysian woman, she was woken around 2:00 am on July 20 by loud noise from the adjacent room, where a group of young Vietnamese were live-streaming late into the night.

She stepped out of her room to investigate and discovered that the noise was coming from the next room, where the door stood wide open.

Noticing that the group appeared unaware of her presence, she rang the doorbell and politely asked them to lower their voice.

She then reported the incident to the hotel reception, where she was informed that the person responsible, B., had been identified as a social media influencer.

This revelation prompted her to question the hotel staff, wondering whether such status could justify the behavior she experienced.

According to Lao Dong, B. is known for his unconventional fashion style and has more than 570,000 followers on TikTok.
