The individuals were deported through Cam Ranh International Airport.
On April 17, a task force from Khanh Hoa police carried out an unannounced inspection at the Moringa Store operated by Vindacap Trading and Services Co. Ltd. in Nam Nha Trang Ward.
During the inspection, authorities discovered that seven of the foreign nationals had entered Vietnam on tourist visas, while one had entered under a visa exemption program.
However, all eight were found engaging in work-related activities, including promoting and selling products and presenting performance programs at the Moringa Store.

Khanh Hoa police issued administrative violation reports against the individuals for participating in activities inconsistent with the purpose stated in their visas and for working or conducting other activities without authorization from local competent authorities.
Vindacap Company was also administratively fined for failing to report suspected violations related to the entry, exit, transit, and residence of foreign nationals in Vietnam to the relevant authorities, as required by law.
