Vietnam proposes scrapping 18 procedures, 5 business conditions on IP

The Vietnamese government has proposed scrapping 18 administrative procedures and five business conditions related to intellectual property (IP) in a draft law amending the Law on Intellectual Property, according to Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Hoang Minh.
