Vietnam to have 34 provincial-level units after merger: Party General Secretary To Lam

The 11th plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee, chaired by Party General Secretary To Lam, wrapped up on Saturday, with its members agreeing that the number of provincial-level administrative units after the ongoing merger will be 34, including 28 provinces and six centrally-governed cities.
