Ho Chi Minh City lists most flood-prone streets, including one in former Thao Dien

Since the beginning of 2026, Ho Chi Minh City has recorded 26 roads flooded by rain, while eight others remain vulnerable to tidal flooding, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction said at a socio-economic press briefing on Thursday afternoon.
