Vietnam’s Party General Secretary To Lam, his spouse Ngo Phuong Ly, and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation attended the military parade commemorating the 80th anniversary of Russia’s Victory of Great Patriotic War (1945–2025), held at Red Square in Moscow on Friday morning (local time).
