The multi-day public event blended sports, culture, and technology to recreate the electric atmosphere of a European match night.
The venue featured an 'infinite grandstand' setup with a giant LED screen, a surround sound system, and seating designed to mimic a European stadium.
Fans sat in groups on the grass, many waving team scarves or wearing the jerseys of their favorite Champions League clubs.
The event began on Wednesday and quickly drew large, diverse crowds, especially young people.
Organizers screened classic Champions League matches and highlights in the lead-up to this year’s final between Inter Milan and Paris Saint-Germain, set for 2:00 am on Sunday (Vietnam time).

When the iconic UEFA anthem played on Wednesday night, the park fell silent for a moment before erupting into cheers.
“You can watch the match at home, but it doesn’t feel like this,” said Minh Tri, 24, a local resident.
“Here, with everyone together, it feels like you’re in a real stadium.”
The event also included an indoor exhibition hall showcasing signed jerseys, vintage match tickets, and classic football boots.

Entry was free, with daily programming from 4:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
On the night of the final, the park will remain open until 4:30 am.
Running concurrently, Thu Duc City also hosted a cultural exhibition at the same park.
The program featured traditional folk performances, street food vendors, and immersive displays depicting everyday life in old Ho Chi Minh City.
Both events are part of a broader initiative to encourage public engagement through a mix of cultural and sporting activities, according to the organizers.
