HCMC - In an exclusive interview with The Saigon Times, Scott James, New Zealand’s trade commissioner and consul general in HCMC, highlighted education and sustainable development as central pillars of the deepening strategic partnership between Vietnam and New Zealand. He emphasized the increasing number of Vietnamese students in New Zealand and outlined collaborative efforts to help Vietnam transition toward a greener future.
