According to Vietnamese Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs To Anh Dung, the prime minister attended more than 40 meetings between Vietnamese and European businesses and organizations. The deals between Vietnamese companies and organizations and their European counterparts cover diverse sectors, from renewable energy to digital economy, environmental protection, infrastructure development, aerospace, healthcare and epidemic prevention and control, education and training, agriculture and tourism, which are Vietnam's priorities to attract foreign investment. “During his Europe trip, the prime minister met over 60 leaders of corporations, banks and universities of the United Kingdom, France and other European countries. The vaccines will be delivered to Vietnam via bilateral channels and the COVAX Facility. Meanwhile, the UK said it would help Vietnam improve its medical capacity and facilitate technology transfer to produce the Covid-19 vaccines.
